When a placement is paid, it appears in a separate, clearly labeled "Sponsored" section. It is never mixed into organic results and can never look like a neutral recommendation.
We refuse, by design, any pay-per-click, pay-per-call, or pay-per-referred-case model. Any additional visibility is a flat fee, never tied to the volume of contacts it generates.
These three commitments are written into our code, not just our terms of use — our systems are built so they can never be silently bypassed.
