No referral fees change hands in either direction: the platform never pays a trustee for participation and never accepts anything of value from a trustee for a listing, a placement, a match, or a debtor contact (BIA General Rules, s. 49).
Every verified trustee receives equal, unranked visibility. The directory's order is randomized on every view; there is no featured tier, no sponsorship, and nothing a trustee can pay to change.
The trustee remains solely responsible for their own compliance with the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, the BIA General Rules (including the Code of Ethics for Trustees), and OSB directives, including Directive 1R8.
Debtors contact the trustee directly using the published details; the platform is not a party to, and never sees, that communication.
Listing is free. There is no paid product attached to the directory, and no future paid product will affect directory presence or presentation.
